Le Logement Français was keen to enhance tenant comfort, optimize boiler plant management, limit its environmental impact and increase its reliability.
The brief for Dalkia was to:
- Guarantee a reduction in heating and hot water costs for users by modernizing network installations.
- Enhance air quality and reduce atmospheric emissions by giving priority to natural gas rather than heavy fuel oil as the major energy source used in the thermal plant.
- Integrate the heat production facilities into the urban fabric.
