Stabilizing the City's operating budget irrespective of weather variations
Dalkia guarantees optimal quality of service. It offers an all-inclusive contract guaranteeing a fixed operating budget independent of weather variations. The contract includes:
- Energy management: choice of the most appropriate and cleanest fuel.
- Operation and maintenance of installations using remote control and monitoring.
- Major renovation work, equipment renewal and total equipment guarantee.
- Financing work on the client's behalf as part of the operating contract (changeover to gas and upgrading of installations).
- The energy savings generated on the budget are used to finance technical upgrading of installations, thereby optimizing running costs.
The contract is reviewed every year with respect to the City's requirements, notably as concerns changes in its operating scope.
Dalkia can rely on the quality of its operating tools, notably the Prisma CAMM (computer-assisted maintenance management) system to optimize labor and rationalize maintenance operations and the Energesta system for centralized technical equipment maintenance.
